D.P. Property Management is located in Westcliffe, Colorado and is owned and operated by Dave Purnell. Short and Long Term Rentals
To evaluate and rent your property, we take the following steps:
1. Initial meeting with homeowner to determine if the property is suitable as a rental.
2. Collectively determine the rental rate and any restrictions that are needed.
3. Sign agreement between D.P. Property and owner.
4. D. P. Property Management will advertise your property in our local newspaper and on our web site.
5. D. P. Property conducts interviews with potential clients and completes the rental agreement with owner and client.
6. Client then signs the lease.
7. D. P. Property Management sends monthly checks to the property owner.

Property Management
For the owner who wants their property managed but has no interest in renting, we work to protect your asset while you are away. We are your eyes and ears in Colorado. Either I or one of my staff will check your house every two weeks. Our checks consist of a complete walk thru, checking plumbing, electric, and heating, as well as a walk around the entire house. Home will be kept clean and ready for your use. Any maintenance or house improvement will be monitored and reports given. Prior to your trip to Colorado, we are available by E-Mail or fax to give you updated information on the area. Our management services are customized to meet your needs.
